$28 for a pedicure that lasts 24 hours lol. I have pictures of before and after so everyone knows which nails were done.

Very professional LOL UPDATE: I came back to get my nail fixed after they did a shoddy job fixing it and the tech who did it tried to tell me she didn't do that and yadda yadda, basically trying to make it look like I lied but I have RECEIPTS honey. They read my texts (they have read receipts) and there was NO reply.

They think I do.n't know when I'm supposed to get a full set LOL Not to mention, they REPLACED a broken nail originally so that nail was new! Broke TWICE! Also! The owner put up their number to contact them if you are unhappy but it is surely just for show! I called them twice and texted them multiple times. I've been getting my nails done for years now. Girl, I got my full set a week and a half ago. I called them to let them know once more and they came up with an excuse saying that I need a new set, I've had this one for too long. Guess what!! The nail broke AGAIN for a 2nd time and my pedicure chipped for a SECOND time! Words cannot express how unbelievably frustrated I am with this salon.

UPDATE #2: I got my broken nail and chipped pedicure fixed 2 days ago. Honestly, I'd rather drive in the future to go somewhere where they'll have a TRUE 100% satisfaction mentality. I paid $40 for a gel manicure and wasn't even happy with it.
Yesterday I got a gel manicure and even in the UV light I noticed how badly applied it was (it was streaky) and when I got home it was bothering me so much I applied my own glitter top coat because I knew going back to them was pointless. I've had my regular manicure chip hours after it's done and the technician told me I did something to ruin it. Like other reviews have said they rush through the service because they don't care about your satisfaction. Then walking away without telling you're done. It promises a massage which is 10 seconds of the technician rubbing lotion on your feet. For the exorbitant price of their "sunset" pedicure you might as well just get a polish color change. I have had the "dip" done here, the gel manicure, pedicures, and regular manicures. If they did an exceptional job I wouldn't mind paying more. I go to other nail salons and don't get charged as much for any of the services they offer. I'm honestly afraid of telling them when I'm not happy with their work because they always try to blame me, as if I haven't been getting my nails done for years. If you do a good job the first time, I will come back over and over again. The reason why I give them 2 stars is because they don't seem to care about customer loyalty. They are located across the street from apartment and are usually the only ones open on Sunday so I decide to give them one more try and then I regret it. Every single time I go to Mira I tell myself "Never again" and then I do it again, I know it's my own fault.
